Notice Regarding the Launch of "DX Buddy", the Core Service in the Data Utilization Support (Data Consulting) Business
Tokyo, December 20, 2021 - Macromill, Inc. (hereinafter, “Macromill”) is pleased to announce the launch of “DX Buddy”, the core service in its Data Utilization Support (Data Consulting) Business. Through this service, Macromill offers a complete package of solutions to support our clients Digital Transformation (DX) in their marketing activities. A new Website for the “DX Buddy” has also launched today.
■ Background of service provision
Our clients are facing significant challenges caused by the diversification of consumer touchpoints and the increasing complexity of the customer journey due to the rapid spread of smartphones and tablets, the rise of various social media, and the increase in eCommerce purchasing. In these circumstances, the utilization of diverse types of big data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and marketing automation tools are creating the need for Digital Transformation (DX) in our clients’ marketing activities, and society itself faces a big transition.
Macromill has been supporting our client companies' marketing activities by comprehensively managing and providing various data connected with attribution data. Empowered by the Company’s over 1.3 million domestic proprietary consumer panels (hereinafter, “proprietary panels”), the Company has acquired a range of data types such as behavioral data*1 and biological data*2 as well as awareness data. Macromill launched a digital marketing business in 2014 and has expanded the DMP (Data Management Platform) business and launched a data utilization consulting service, called MAG (Market data Analytics Guide) in February 2020. Macromill has also been developing a track record in supporting clients’ data utilization in their marketing activities and has started to provide Data Utilization Support Business (Data Consulting) at full scale.
To meet with our clients’ additional needs for support with Digital Transformation(DX) in their marketing activities, Macromill launched “DX Buddy” as the core service in its Data Utilization Support Business (Data Consulting). By activating our existing strong relationships with over 4,000 clients globally in a wide range of industries, Macromill will provide Data Utilization Support and Consulting services as a “DX Execution Partner”.
