Notice Regarding Change of Board of Directors and Executive Officers
Tokyo, August 12, 2021 - Macromill, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter, “Macromill”) has decided on the change of the following Board of Directors at its Board of Directors meeting on August 12, 2021.
The Board of Director nominees will be officially appointed after the 8th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 29, 2021, and Executive Officers will be appointed through the approval at the new Board of Directors meeting after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
