Notice Regarding Change of Board of Directors and Executive Officers
Tokyo, August 14, 2020 - Macromill, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter, “Macromill”) has decided on the change of the following Board of Directors and Executive Officers at its Board of Directors meeting on August 14, 2020.
Regarding the change in the Global CEO, please refer to “Scott Ernst to Step Down as Macromill Global CEO During 2020” disclosed on June 15, 2020 for more detail. The Board of Director nominees will be officially appointed after the 7th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 29, 2020, and new Executive Officers will be appointed through the approval at the new Board of Directors meeting after the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
