Before joining Macromill, held roles at Rakuten, Cocolable, and Mercari, gaining experience across engineering, product management, and organizational management. Led product strategy, system modernization, organizational development, and roadmap planning in core business domains including payment systems, mobile services, customer support, Trust & Safety, and data governance. At Mercari, oversaw development organizations in the CS and Trust & Safety domains, working on operational efficiency improvements, system modernization, fraud prevention, and data governance. Since joining Macromill in 2023, has been leading initiatives to strengthen the product organization, modernize core business systems, and promote the use of AI, with a focus on improving business competitiveness through technology. Appointed as Executive Officer in July 2026.
