QPR™ is a service aimed at investigating the buying patterns of consumers. Members of the QPR online panel use portable bar-code scanners to record all purchases of products. Macromill provides client data in chronological order concerning the customer spread, the purchase channel, and frequency. This service offers a wide range of analysis reports using multivariate analysis. Among the analytical tools are brand image analysis (using correspondence and cluster analysis), price sensitivity measurement (PSM) analysis, client satisfaction analysis, and conjoint analysis.
Quick-MINING ASP is a new text mining service, which efficiently analyzes massive amounts of open answers. This allows the client to take advantage of the richness of the open answers obtained during typical online research.
Quick-CROSS3 PLUS is Macromill’s proprietary tabulation software, which is provided for free to registered clients. The software enables clients to create cross-tabulations and reports after conducting surveys.
Macromill has developed and managed its own online panel, dedicated only to research purposes. The members are recruited via affiliate programs from more than 10,000 websites in Japan. The number of active members was more than 1,028,000 as of May 1, 2011.
