My experience and expertise definitely contribute to accelerate innovation in Macromill and the following three would be the key drivers for transformation.
Firstly, we should recognize the value of “Macromill Group” to become a genuine global company, it means to respect the differences of individuals and build a robust team always moving forward to the same goal.
Secondarily, “Stay innovative and disruptor” is the core value of Macromill since our company was established. My interpretation of this is to embrace the changes and continue to be the change leader in the market. We accelerate this with state-of -the art IT technology.
Lastly, my management style of “Be bold but also be sensitive” will drive IT led solution model for both Macromill and customers, and maximize employees' values as well.
By taking the strong leadership in the market, we will definitely take customers to the next stage where they have never stepped in before and we definitely can contribute to customers’ business from various aspects.
